01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between PH876 ("we," "us," "PH876," "the platform") and any person who accesses or uses the PH876 website at ph876.best or any related mobile-optimised service ("you," "the player," "the member"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between PH876 and each registered member.

Your continued use of PH876 following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. PH876 will notify members of material changes via the registered email address and by displaying a notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The most current version is always available at ph876.best/terms-conditions.

These Terms should be read alongside the PH876 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, which are incorporated by reference. If there is a conflict between any specific game or promotion rules and these Terms, the specific rules shall apply to that specific matter; otherwise, these Terms prevail.

02Definitions

For clarity throughout these Terms, the following words carry the meanings set out below whenever they appear.

03Eligibility and Registration

The PH876 platform is open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. PH876 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you confirm you are 18 or older.
• You are located in a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted under applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of PH876 is lawful in your location.

• You are not employed by PH876, a related entity, or any service provider to PH876 in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• You have not been previously excluded from PH876 or self-excluded from the platform under the Responsible Gaming programme.

Each person may hold only one PH876 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, mobile number, email address, payment method, or IP address — are prohibited and will result in account suspension, cancellation of all bonuses, and forfeiture of any winnings associated with the duplicate account.

When registering on PH876, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. PH876 reserves the right to request documentary verification of this information at any time. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

04Account Management

Your PH876 account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username and password — and for all activity that occurs under your account. PH876 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your PH876 account, you must notify us immediately via the 24/7 live chat or by emailing support@ph876.best. PH876 may freeze the account pending investigation to protect your funds.

PH876 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict an account where:

• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information.
• PH876 has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited activity.
• KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request above the applicable threshold.
• The account is found to be a duplicate of another PH876 account.
• A self-exclusion request has been made by the account holder.

If you wish to close your PH876 account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting support. Any real money wallet balance will be paid out to your verified payment method following satisfactory identity verification. Bonus credits and points balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

05Deposits and Payments

PH876 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay / PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa / Mastercard bank cards. The list of accepted methods may be updated from time to time — current options are always displayed in the Cashier section of your PH876 account.

The minimum deposit on PH876 is ₱100. There is no maximum single deposit for standard accounts; however, deposit limits may apply to specific payment methods based on the method provider's own rules. VIP Club members may have elevated deposit ceilings as part of their tier benefits.

All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. PH876 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Attempting to deposit using a payment method that does not belong to you may result in account suspension and return of funds without bonus eligibility.

PH876 does not charge a fee for processing deposits. Some payment providers — particularly certain bank transfer services — may apply their own transaction fees outside of PH876's control. These third-party fees are not reimbursed by PH876.

Deposits are typically credited to your PH876 wallet instantly for GCash, Maya, and GrabPay. Bank transfers may take up to one banking business day to reflect. If your deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, contact PH876 support with your transaction reference for assistance.

06Withdrawals

PH876 is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and without unnecessary friction. The standard processing timeline and conditions are as follows:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Standard processing: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours.
• Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay): Processed within 1–3 banking business days depending on the receiving institution.
• VIP priority: Gold VIP members receive same-day processing; Diamond VIP members receive instant withdrawal processing around the clock.

PH876 does not charge a withdrawal fee. However, receiving bank or e-wallet providers may apply their own transaction charges outside PH876's control.

All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. For first-time withdrawals above ₱5,000 — or cumulative withdrawals above ₱50,000 in any calendar month — PH876 will request identity documents including a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership. This is a regulatory requirement and is not waivable. Withdrawals will be held pending satisfactory KYC completion.

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit into your PH876 account. Third-party withdrawal destinations are not permitted under any circumstances. This policy exists to protect our members against fraud and unauthorised access.

PH876 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to believe the funds involved relate to fraudulent activity, rule violations, or a breach of these Terms.

07Betting Rules

All bets placed on PH876 — across sports betting, live in-play markets, baccarat, virtual sports, and any other product — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the PH876 system and a bet reference number has been issued. A bet not yet confirmed is not a valid wager.
• The minimum single bet on PH876 is ₱100. Maximum stake limits vary by market, sport, and event, and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing.
• Once a bet is confirmed on PH876, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except through the Cash Out function where available.
• In the event of a clear pricing error — where odds are manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault or human error — PH876 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. PH876 will notify affected members promptly.
• Live in-play odds on PH876 update continuously. A bet is placed at the odds confirmed at the time of acceptance, not at any odds displayed prior to confirmation.
• For PBA, PVL, and other local Philippine sporting events, PH876 may suspend markets during technical stoppages, official reviews, or force majeure events. PH876 is not liable for losses resulting from market suspension.
• Virtual sports on PH876 use certified RNG systems. Results are determined algorithmically and are independent of real-world sporting outcomes. No strategy can influence virtual sports outcomes.

Specific rules for individual sports, competitions, and casino games are available within each product section of PH876. Those specific rules govern the settlement of bets in that category and should be reviewed before wagering.

08Bonuses and Promotions

PH876 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, and expiry dates — which are stated in the promotion details. These general bonus rules apply to all PH876 promotions unless specifically stated otherwise:

• One bonus per promotion per member: Each PH876 member is entitled to claim a specific promotion once unless the promotion terms explicitly allow repeat claims.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus credits carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Contribution rates: Not all PH876 game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%; baccarat and live casino contributions are stated per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus credits and associated wagering requirements expire within 30 days of the bonus being credited unless the promotion terms specify a different timeframe. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse: PH876 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse bonuses where there is evidence of bonus abuse — including arbitrage betting, coordinated wagering designed to clear bonuses with minimal risk, or other strategies not consistent with good-faith participation in the promotion.

09VIP Club

The PH876 VIP Club is a loyalty programme available to all registered members from the moment of account creation. Participation in the VIP Club is subject to the following terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions:

• VIP Club tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond) are determined by monthly wagering volume. Tier qualification thresholds are published on the VIP Club page at ph876.best/vip-club and may be updated by PH876 with 30 days' notice to existing members.
• Tier evaluations occur on the first day of each calendar month. Members whose wagering volume qualifies them for a higher tier are upgraded automatically. A one-month grace period applies before downgrading a member who falls below the threshold for their current tier.
• Weekly cashback is calculated each Sunday based on the member's net losses for the preceding Monday-to-Sunday period and is credited automatically to the member's PH876 wallet. No claim action is required.
• VIP cashback credits are real money with no wagering requirement. They may be withdrawn in accordance with the standard withdrawal rules in Section 6 above.
• PH876 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the VIP Club programme with reasonable notice to members. In the event of discontinuation, outstanding cashback credits already earned will be honoured; future credits will not accrue after the effective date of discontinuation.
• VIP Club benefits — including personal account managers, elevated withdrawal limits, and private baccarat room access — are provided at the discretion of PH876 and are subject to confirmation of ongoing tier eligibility.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PH876. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting any material fact to PH876.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one PH876 account, or assisting another person to access the platform under a false identity.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to exploit game mechanics, share information in live dealer games, or manipulate betting outcomes.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting PH876 promotions through matched betting, arbitrage, low-risk wagering strategies designed purely to meet wagering requirements, or any coordinated bonus farming activity.
• Money laundering: Using PH876 to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. PH876 is required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets, access PH876 accounts, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner without express written permission.
• Match fixing or inside information: Placing bets based on inside information obtained through participation in or access to the sporting event being wagered on.
• Minors: Allowing, assisting, or permitting any person under 18 years of age to access or use a PH876 account, whether directly or indirectly.

11Responsible Gaming

PH876 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help our Filipino members maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all PH876 members free of charge and without affecting their VIP tier status:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your PH876 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced, and increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session time limits: Restrict the amount of time you spend on PH876 per session. A notification will prompt you when your time limit is approaching.
• Reality check reminders: Optional reminders that appear at set intervals to show how long you have been active and your net win/loss position during the session.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, PH876's total liability to any member for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PH876 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of winnings, or loss of opportunity resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or bet voiding under these Terms.
• Actions or delays caused by third-party payment providers (GCash, Maya, banks) that are outside PH876's direct control.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to a member's account where the member has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Decisions made by the member based on information displayed on third-party websites or social media channels not operated by PH876.

Nothing in these Terms limits PH876's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by PH876's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13Amendments to These Terms

PH876 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in regulation, platform features, product offerings, or business operations. When material changes are made, PH876 will:

• Post the updated Terms at ph876.best/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date.
• Send a notification to the registered email address of all active PH876 members at least 7 days before the updated Terms take effect.
• Display a notification banner on the PH876 platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the effective date.

If you disagree with any amendment to the Terms, you may close your PH876 account before the effective date of the changes and withdraw your real money balance. Continued use of PH876 after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Both PH876 and the member agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the complaints process described below.

PH876 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days. The majority of issues — bet settlements, payment queries, account access — are resolved at this stage.
